The Customizer

The Customizer (Appearance → Customize on classic themes) gives you live previews of every setting you change.

What you can usually change

• Site Identity — logo, site title, tagline, icon
• Colours — background, text, accent colours
• Typography — fonts and sizes
• Menus — create and arrange navigation
• Widgets — add sidebars and footer content
• Homepage Settings — front page vs latest posts

The workflow

Appearance → Customize\n1. Edit a setting and watch the live preview\n2. Publish only when you are happy\n3. Use the browser back button to undo mistakes

Tip: The Customizer autosaves your draft, so you can close and return later without publishing unfinished changes.
