About this course
The PlayStation 3 is still loved for its exclusives, media features and easy-to-service design. This course explains the PS3's firmware world honestly: what official firmware (OFW) is, what custom firmware (CFW) and HEN actually do, and - just as importantly - what the law allows.
You will learn how to identify which models and firmware versions can be modded, how to back up your system before touching anything, how to install HEN (the beginner-friendly route) or CFW, and how to run homebrew and manage game backups of titles you own.
The course keeps one rule above all: help customers, never piracy.
