About this course
FreeMcBoot is just the first step. This course takes you deep into the modern PS2 modding stack: Open PS2 Loader (OPL), the open-source launcher that replaces the broken DVD drive for thousands of consoles.
You will set up every storage path OPL supports - USB flash drives, SMB shares on a home network, and the classic internal hard drive on fat consoles. You will learn how to build a clean games library, boot backups of games you already own, use virtual memory cards and tune per-game settings.
Throughout, the focus stays on what is legal: backups of games you own, homebrew software, and honest guidance for customers. Piracy is never part of the job.
